Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void.

We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and item availability. All sizes and weights quoted are approximate. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars and all charges will be processed in Canadian dollars. All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation. The customer agrees to pay all charges payable for order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items that you may buy. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. Baby Be Green will use reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. An order is not binding upon babybegreen.ca until it is accepted. For deliveries outside of our free local delivery area: (1) babybegreen.ca must receive payment before it will accept an order; (2) payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment; (3) customers can make payment by credit card, or some other method pre-arranged with babybegreen.ca. For deliveries within our free local delivery area, (1) babybegreen.ca must receive payment before it will accept an order; (2)the customer reserves the right to choose to pay by credit card, or cash or cheque upon delivery. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping charges, if applicable, and applicable taxes shown on the babybegreen.ca invoice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Baby Be Green and the customer shall be governed by the laws of the Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. Specifically, the validity, interpretation, and performance of this agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Baby Be Green and the customer consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the Courts of Canada, to resolve any dispute between them related hereto, and the parties waive all rights to contest this exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such Courts. Finally, the customer also agree not to bring any legal action, based upon any legal theory including contract, tort, equity or otherwise, against Baby Be Green that is more than one year after the date of the applicable invoice.
